I have a smoke and pet free home but many things I sell are second hand and I have no way of knowing if the previous owner had smoking pets.

Some of my items are 20 or more years old. I can not offer any kind of warranty.
If the item you receive is not as listed in the item listing please contact me and I will try to make all parties happy.
Returns on items are available minus the cost of shipping assuming the product is sealed
in its original packaging for new items. Used items can not be returned.
►VIDEO GAMES & SYSTEMS:
Due to the age of these games, I am selling them AS IS. Every game I sell is tested and working at the time of shipping (unless NIB).
Any damage to the game cosmetic or otherwise is noted in the item description. Please check the photos carefully.
If you have any doubts or misunderstandings please email me BEFORE you bid using the "ask seller a question" link at the top right of every items page.
Some games contain a battery for the "SAVE" function to work. Nintendo has estimated that game batteries have a life of up to 10 years.
If a game requires a battery to save the game data it may be dead or near death. I would recommend changing the battery.
►EVERYTHING ELSE:
Any damage cosmetic or otherwise will be mentioned in the item
description and/or shown in the photos.
Damage occurring during shipping is possible so if you have a high value item
I HIGHLY recommend you purchase insurance to cover any damages caused by the post office/customs/Godzilla.
By not purchasing insurance or EMS shipping you are agreeing that I can not be held responsible for anything that
happens to your item once the item leaves my hands. I am a reasonable person and not a giant faceless multi-million dollar company
so please contact me with any concerns before or after you purchase the item.

The sooner you pay the sooner I can ship your item. I ship the next business day (sometimes even the same day!)
after I receive payment so it is in your best interest to pay quickly unless you are in no hurry. Payment is due within 7 days sale.
If you do not pay/contact me within the 7 days I may cancel your sale.
I prefer PAY PAL (because it allows me to ship your item to you sooner)
but I will also accept payment by international money order, cheque or a bank's cashiers cheque.
Google checkout is not available to sellers outside of the USA or the UK yet. Sorry. Once it is available to me I will be
happy to offer it as a payment option. If you use some other kind of service please let me know. I may be willing to use it as well.
ALL CHEQUES MUST BE CLEARED BY MY BANK HERE IN JAPAN BEFORE I WILL SHIP ANYTHING.
I am sorry for any inconvenience. Japanese banks are very strict and it may take up to a month for cheques to clear.
Unfortunately I can not take any responsibility for the length of time it may take.

If you happen to be living in Japan I would be happy to arrange a pick up or meeting location, please email me to make arrangements.
International buyers will pay the total cost of shipping. That also includes the price of any materials I have to buy to ship the item.
I try to keep costs low by recycling boxes/packing materials as often as possible but not at the expense of quality or the safety of your item.
The buyer may be responsible to pay duty, tax or other customs fees in your own country. I have no control over this or any
delays you may encounter. I recommend requesting insurance on high value items as it will give you a tracking number and peace of mind.
Please keep in mind the time difference, a Friday for you may already be Saturday for me.
●Airmail service will typically take about 3-15 days and does not include a tracking number or insurance.
●EMS express post service is also available upon request but will vary in price based on weight and size
and destination and includes both a tracking number and insurance.
